Travel and walk to experience the world in a different light.

Welcome to my photo website. Here you can enjoy my selection of photos captured through my lens. Most articles and pictures here were captured during my travels and long walks.

Notably, you will find many photos from landscapes along the Camino de Santiago. In 2013 I walked the Camino for the first time. In 5 weeks from St-Jean Pied de Port in France to Santiago de Compostela in Spain and after that on to Finisterre and Muxía. A total of 900km/500ml altogether. This first pilgrimage brought me a life-altering experience and many stories, which often come back as anecdotes in my daily work. It also got me hooked on the Camino, and since that first one, I spent many more weeks on the Camino routes. Ideally I’ll go back to the Camino every year to reflect and reenergize.

When I was 11 years old, I attended a photography class organized by a teacher at my elementary school. The bug hit me: ever since that moment I’ve been hooked on photography. As a teenager, I had my darkroom and bought film by the meter. In 2000 I bought my first digital camera, a Canon Powershot S10. At that time an impressive camera with a whopping 3.3 megapixel resolution. Shortly after that I sold my analog equipment and never looked back to analog.

The photos on this site are available for purchase, when interested send me a message.
